CONTEST RULES:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This is not intended to be an offer to sell, nor solicitation of an offer to buy real estate in Texas to residents of any state or other jurisdiction where prohibited by law. Drawing will be by random selection and odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Winning entry may not be transferred or traded with any other individuals. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guests each to obtain a valid saltwater fishing license prior to the actual date of the fishing trip. Should winner and/or their guests not have proper licensing to participate in the trip, they will not be allowed to participate in the awarded fishing adventure, and the prize will be forfeited for those individuals.
